« Je ne sais pas quoi dire en passant
de 31’08’’ le 26 novembre 2017 à 28’02’ ce dimanche 25 novembre 2018 lors des
championnats départementaux (94) 5000m Marche en salle au CDFAS d’Eaubonne, à
part tout simplement merci à ma source d’inspiration, au coach Jean-Jacques Minne, à l’entraîneur
Denis Langlois, au club Azur Olympique Charenton, à Didier
Petot pour ses encouragements pendant la course et aussi les autres
concurrent(e)s !!!
La chose vraiment folle est que ce
5000m en salle (25 x 200m) s’est passé un peu trop vite, mais je
me suis amusé même j’ai dû ralenti pour éviter la disqualification (je vais
travailler pour corriger l’erreur).
L'objectif
était que je fasse mon maximum en me concentrant pour marcher avec la croyance
que je pouvais atteindre ce chrono qui me paraissait dur sur le papier …
