Hello très chères lectrices et lecteurs ;) L’hiver s’est bien installé à Paris. Après avoir couru sous la neige le mardi 15 janvier 2013, j’ai couru en contemplant la lune cette nuit !!! :) Froid dehors, mais chaud au cœur de courir pour 16 km  J J’ai vu la lune cette nuit et la piste est devenue plus sympa avec le froid !!!  J 1)       Footing très agréable avec des exercices éducatifs de 34 min pour 6 km 2)       6 km en 21min 10 sur la piste: -          3000m en 10’40’’ -          1000m en 3’29’’ -          1000m en 3’30’’ -          1000m en 3’29’’ 3)       Footing de 26min pour 4 km Je devais faire le 3000m en 10’45’’ et les 1000 m entre 3’32’’-3’36’’. Cela fait du bien d’avoir terminé la séance et c’est cela l’essentiel !!! ;-) Les Aventures de Ronald Tintin continuent…
