Tuesday, September 3rd 2013 on the track in the night...


Warm up run: 4 km in 23 minutes

 

Short intervals: 10 × 600m

-         600 m : 1’58’’

-         600 m : 1’57’’

-         600 m : 1’56’’

-        

-         600 m : 1’51’’

 

The aim was to be under 2 minutes and it was a funny workout ;-)
