Progression run on Thursday: start slow and finish fast!!! Mental stenght by Ronald Tintin


It was nice, but hard for my mental to run like that !!!

Time: 1h24
Distance: 17, 38 km

1)      slow run : 6 km in 30 minutes
(from 5’10’’/km to 4’40’’/km)
2)      fast run : 7 km in 29 minutes
      (from 4’36’’/km to 3’36’’km/h)
3)      slow run : 4,38 km in 25 minutes

A good excercice for mental strength !
