Mercredi 2 juillet 2014 Paris, @ 21 : 00 Hello très chères lectrices et lecteurs ;) Dimanche 6 juillet 2014 aura lieu la course « Les Foulées d'Ile-de-France, France des îles » à Paris. Ce sera le dernier 10 km avant les vacances d’été 2014 pour le projet « Ronning Against Cancer » avec l’objectif de courir pour soutenir la lutte contre le cancer en portant les couleurs de l’Institut Curie. Présentation « Les Foulées d'Ile-de-France, France des îles » Le 10 km des   foulées France des îles 2014   aura lieu le dimanche 6 juillet 2014 à 10h. Cette épreuve qui se déroule   dans le Bois de Vincennes , est organisée par l’Association Sportive et Culturelle ACCOLADE, qui assure un accueil chaleureux et une ambiance conviviale (ti punch à l’arrivée) ! Le parcours, composé de 2 boucles de 5 km dans le bois de Vincennes, sur un parcours   super plat , est propice à la performance si le soleil ne tape pas trop fort. Départ et arrivée se font sur l’e

Bonjour à toutes et tous ;) De retour à Paris, voici les résultats de la course « Raid Golfe du Morbihan » du vendredi 27 juin au dimanche 29 juin 2014 : Distance : 178, 6 km Temps : 34h21’ C’était un voyage/ / aventure humaine merveilleux pour soutenir la lutte contre le cancer !!! Merci pour tous vos encouragements pendant ces 3 jours qui m’ont permis de continuer à avancer sans jamais baisser les bras!!! Hello très chères lectrices et lecteurs ;) Dimanche 15 juin 2014 aura lieu la course «  10 km de l’Equipe  » à Paris. Ce sera le premier 10 km de l’année 2014 pour moi avec l’objectif de courir pour soutenir la lutte contre le cancer en portant les couleurs de l’ Institut Curie . Présentation du 10KM L’EQUIPE – PARTAGEONS LE SPORT Dernier volet d’une trilogie parisienne, le 10km L’Equipe vient compléter l’offre « Running » de la capitale après le Semi-Marathon et le Schneider Electric Marathon de Paris. Cette année le 10km L’Equipe propose une offre solo et une offre en équipe. Le principe est simple, trouve 3 coureurs autour de toi et forme ton équipe du 10km l’Equipe. A partir de là, tu vas pouvoir partager un nom d’équipe, un défi sportif, des entraînements, et même le prix ! Et oui, si tu viens à 4, le prix de l’inscription n’est pas de 25€ mais de 20€ par personne. En plus tu vas pouvoir participer au classement spécial équipe et tenter de remporter l’épre
