Définition de la GPEC ( G estion P révisionnelle des E mplois et des C ompétences) La négociation triennale d’un accord GPEC est une obligation légale prévue au Code du Travail pour toutes les entreprises de plus de 300 salariés . Elle consiste à projeter les effectifs sur les 3 années à venir, en fonction de la stratégie de l’entreprise et un état des lieux précis de ce qui existe au sein de l’entreprise. Championnats de France de Semi-Marathon 2014 : 26 Octobre 2014, Saint-Denis (I-F) Le manque entrainement va sans doute me coûter cher pendant « La Voie Royale », mais ce sera une belle expérience pour progresser en ayant l’occasion unique de courir dans les rues de Saint-Denis  J « L’essentiel sera de faire de son mieux avec les moyens du bords ! » Ce sera la dernière course compétition 2014 dans le cadre du projet « Ronning Against Cancer » pour soutenir le mois d’octobre rose. www.RonningAgainstCancer.com

Crowdfunding ou le financement participatif   que l’on pourrait traduire par le financement par la foule, est une autre façon pour les entreprises, les particuliers de récolter des fonds pour leurs projets. Dans la plupart des cas, c’est l’association d’un grand nombre de personnes investissant un petit montant qui permettent aux porteurs de projets de trouver les fonds demandés. Ce mode de financement est également un moyen de fédérer le plus grand nombre de personnes autour de son projet.
